Pronunciation

I personally find pronunciation extremely important when learning English.

Tongue twister is a good way to practise sounds and improve pronunciation. Have a look at the British Council website where you may find lots of tongue twisters to improve pronunciation.

SPINNING THE WHEEL !

Topic: Clothes, animals, colours and numbers.

I found this exercise specially interesting for 6-year-old students to revise vocabulary.

Students love competitions and this game will really motivate them. In two groups, students spin the wheel and answer questions about english vocabulary.

Time flies! They need to be quick!

Dear friends,

I would like to share with you a blog of an English teacher where you can find lots of different songs to sing in class.

You can find different songs depending on the topic you want to practise. You can revise vocabulary as well as grammar and have a lot of fun !

I created this blog two years ago and just used it once with my 14 year-old students in Secondary School. They actually liked it and really enjoyed the activities I prepared for them.  Nowadays  I study "Grado de Magisterio de Educación primaria  (english)" and I think it's the perfect moment to update my blog and share ideas and resources with other teachers and students. I hope you find it useful. Amalia
